The Shop

At the shop in Eye,  you'll find interesting accessories &  unusual bric-a-brac for your home such as hand-painted lamps and mirrors, candlesticks, decorative framed artwork, bowls and garden-alia! But primarily, you will see fabulous painted furniture. We try to find interesting pieces and give them a new lease of life - a 'new country' look with a worn, time-aged patina. We are proud stockists of Annie Sloan chalk paint (which is used for most of our projects - find out more about this amazing product on our 'Paints' page) as well as crackleglaze, dead-flat varnish and waxes for finishing. You'll often find vintage armchairs at Painted Country too. More than likely, these will have loose covers in the French tickings or lovely vintage linen sheets which we sell in store. It's over to you now - please browse the galleries or better still, come see our collection at the shop itself.
